80400 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 80400 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 80400 through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.
Use of the 80400 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident who is eligible to use the platform;
- Are not prohibited by any local law or regulation from using this service;
- Registering under your own name and not as a representative or agent of another party.
80400 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one (1) account only on the 80400 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for the security of your account password and are required to:
- Using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone;
- Notifying 80400 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account;
- Keeping your profile information current and accurate at all times;
- Not granting account access to any third party for any purpose.
80400 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
80400 users are required to use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, or other technical means to manipulate the system or any games;
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of the platform;
- Using the account for money laundering or fraudulent activities;
- Sharing or selling your account to any other party;
- Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain — any bugs discovered must be reported to the 80400 support team immediately;
- Distributing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content through any communication channel on the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with a freeze on the account balance, subject to case-by-case assessment.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 80400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds.
Available deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. All deposits are subject to the applicable minimum limits and will be credited to your account upon successful verification. 80400 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for security purposes.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the following conditions:
- The user has completed the required identity verification;
- No active disputes or account-related restrictions at the time of application;
- The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum limit.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
80400 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or technical faults at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 80400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk. The decision to participate in any activity on the platform is entirely at the user's own discretion and personal responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 80400 platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 80400 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 80400.
Third-Party Links
The 80400 platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 80400 has no control over such third-party content and accepts no responsibility for it. Users are advised to review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party sites separately.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
80400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be non-refundable, subject to the decision of 80400 management.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all outstanding financial matters have been resolved.
Changes to These Terms
80400 reserves the right to modify, add, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution channels, or where necessary, through the jurisdiction of a competent Malaysian court.
